COVID-19 UPDATES

Below you will find information about each facility at our resort and the precautions we will be taking to protect our guests and staff during the coronavirus pandemic. Based on the most current news available to us, every Friday going forward we will update this page with any changes to our resort operations. Our priority will always be to create a safe and enjoyable environment that helps our guests feel comfortable. We ask that while you are visiting us you continue the social distancing and cleanliness practices you have been following at your own home. Here are a few recommendations we ask you to follow to help us keep our resort safe for everyone:

• Please stay home if you have tested positive, show signs of COVID-19, or have been around anyone who has.
• Wear a mask when in close proximity to others. Masks ARE REQUIRED when entering any building at A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort. 
• Bring hand sanitizer and wipes to use when you are not able to wash your hands with soap and water.
• Stay at least 6 feet away from each other when possible.

We have implimented the following guidelines for our staff:

• Staff members are asked to stay home if they are showing any signs of illness.
• All staff members are required to get a temperature check and disclose any symptoms to management prior to starting their shift.
• Staff members interacting with guests or cleaning rooms will be wearing masks and washing hands/sanitizing/replace gloves between each transaction.

GOLF

General Information

• Driving range, chipping and putting areas are open.
• Porta johns, bunker rakes, ball washers, and water coolers will temporarily be unavailable.
• Flagsticks shall remain in the hole at all times and never touched by a golfer. “No touch” cup accommodations have been made.
• Advanced tee times are recommended. We encourage you to pay over the phone prior to arrival to allow as little contact as possible in our pro shop.  

Cart Information

Carts are allowed on all courses. A-Ga-Ming will follow the best social distancing practices available to us. Our cart rental policy will depend on how many guests the courses are expecting for golf that day.

• When enough carts are available to do so, we will encourage golfers to ride by themselves unless their sharing a cart with a family member.
• When carts are limited on busier days and we are unable to provide each golfer with their own cart, we will encourage golfers to ride together while doing everything possible to be safe. 
• Staff with meticulously disinfect each cart every time it is returned. 

Course Information

All courses at A-Ga-Ming are open. Please see below for the social distancing practices each location has established.

• Sundance and Torch
  • Check in for golf will be on the pro shop deck utilizing the snack shop window.
  • Back door will be open for use of restroom. Please refrain from entering the main area of the pro shop.
    
    
• Antrim Dells
  • Check in for golf will be at the walk-up window outside of the pro shop.
    
    
• Charlevoix Country Club
  • Pro shop door will be open. We will be allowing no more than two guests to occupy the pro shop at one time. We ask all guests entering the pro shop to wear facial coverings.

LODGING

All lodging is open and available. We are taking reservations for lodging and golf packages over the phone, online, or via email. Our top priority has always been assuring all guests feel comfortable in their units during their stay. Since we have been able to keep our lodging open to the public during the pandemic, housekeeping has had the opportunity to put into practice even higher cleaning standards. RESTAURANTS

Restaurants are open for dine-in service at 50% capacity. Weather permitting, guests are asked to eat outside. All tables will be placed 6 feet apart. All restaurant employees are required to wear masks and will have a temperature and symptom check prior to each shift. Each pro shop has food and beverages available for purchase.

• A-Ga-Ming Main Location (Duffers) - Serving a full menu for breakfast and lunch. Private dinners are still available for golf groups. 
• Charlevoix Country Club Restaurant (Shanahan’s Pub) and Antrim Dells Restaurant (Sunset Grill) - serving a full menu.
