Good evening members,

We hope you're enjoying a terrific summer and getting many opportunities to play our wonderful courses. We wanted to provide you with the details for the annual Member-Guest Tournament.

2021 Member Guest

The 2021 Member Guest will be held Friday, August 27th – Sunday, August 29th. Below, you will find all the information necessary for this year’s Member-Guest, along with the entry form and requirements. 

Please remember that 2021 members along with employees of all three locations are eligible to play. Sign-up will start today and will run through Sunday, August 15th. We hope all of you are as excited as we are for an entire weekend filled with good times. We would love to have a full field of 32 two-person teams.

*If we’re unable to secure a minimum of 22 two-person teams by end of the day on August 15th, unfortunately, the event will have to be canceled.*


  • Teams will consist of either one member/one guest or two members
  • Fri. (9-hole net scramble), Sat. (18-hole net 1-best ball), Sun. (9-hole net total score)
  • Flights will be determined by team handicaps based on GHIN or weekly league handicaps.
  • If we have at least 6 lady teams register, a ladies-only flight will be created.

Schedule of Events:  

Friday at The Torch course and Duffers Bar & Grill

  • Starting at 3:00 pm - Registration in the Pro Shop.
  • 4:15 pm – Send off announcements at the practice putting green.
  • 4:30 pm – 9 holes 
  • 6:45 pm - Cookout & Closest to Pin Contest  

Saturday at the Charlevoix Country Club course and Shanahan's Pub 

  • 9:00 am - 18 holes 
  • 1:30 pm - Lunch at Shanahan’s Pub     

Sunday at the Sundance course and The Brick Oven 

  • 9:00am - 9 holes
  • 11:30am - Awards ceremony and lunch at The Brick Oven at Sundance

Cost Per Player:         

  • Tournament Fee - $200 per team (includes prizes, meals & gratuities)
  • Guest Green Fees - $100 per person (includes Friday - Sunday golf)

If you would like to field a team, please return the entry form to any of our three golf shop locations. Please include your entry form when signing up your team. No deposit is needed to reserve your spot, but full payment will need to be paid by Sunday, August 15th. Please contact one of our golf shops with any questions you may have. We look forward to a great event. Thank you, Members!
